The Kenosha Mountains are located near the east side of South Park. The Platte River Mountains and the Tarryall Mountains are on either side. One fact about these mountains is that they are inside the Lost Creek Wilderness. There are several summits in this mountain range. There are a few over 12,000 feet but most are less. Her is the location of
Windy Peak, a well known summit in the Kenosha Mountains.
